Extremely Concerning Experience – Lack of Transparency, Communication, and Accountability
I am sharing my experience with Quality Credit and Legal to warn others to proceed with extreme caution. I was initially under debt review and had been informed through proper channels that I could not be removed due to certain payment conditions. Out of the blue, I was contacted by this company offering to assist with my removal from debt review, promising a quick and straightforward process in exchange for a “minimal fee.” Based on their assurances, I made the requested payment. Unfortunately, this is where the problems began. After payment: Communication became extremely poor and inconsistent Responses were delayed or completely non-existent No clear feedback, updates, or progress reports were provided No breakdown was given explaining how my payment was being used It felt as though the urgency was only on getting the payment processed. Once that was done, there was little to no follow-through. Additionally: Promises were made about engaging lawyers and working with the NCR, but there was no visible evidence or documentation to support this I was told they would assist with payments to creditors, yet later I was instructed to continue paying creditors myself without clear explanation of what my initial payment covered There appears to be no structured process, accountability, or standard operating procedure in place This lack of transparency and follow-up is deeply concerning. From a consumer perspective, it creates the impression of a system designed to collect fees without delivering measurable results. I have also found very limited verifiable information about their operations, processes, or track record online. Their website does not provide sufficient detail to build trust or credibility. My advice to others: Be cautious of unsolicited calls offering financial or legal assistance Do not make payments without a clear, written breakdown of services Ensure the company is properly registered and verifiable through official regulatory bodies This experience has been both financially and emotionally stressful. I strongly urge anyone considering their services to do thorough due diligence before proceeding. I hope this review encourages greater accountability and helps protect others from a similar experience.

I feel hoodwinked, R895
I feel hoodwinked, R895.00 for a non refundable application credit check, then there's the unclear age restriction which takes all chances of qualifying to get a shared house/apartment, at first I genuinely thought I was being assisted, it's been 5 days since I received a clear answer about my application. DON'T MAKE ANY PAYMENT ASK ALL THE QUESTIONS that will assure approval, demand a clear response once 72hrs have passed,

Unresolved Account Issue - UNRELIABLE SERVICE
I made monthly payments to Manati, who was supposed to pay HyperionDev in full. When I canceled with HyperionDev, Manati was to cancel the enrollment and refund a discounted amount. They agreed to this two months ago, and I was told finance was finalizing the process, yet my account still reflects on my credit score and hasn't been updated for three months. This unresolved issue is affecting my credit score and hindering my life. Manati doesn't answer calls, account managers are unreachable, and there is no direct contact with the finance department. The website lacks useful contacts, making it frustrating to resolve anything. All required documents, including cancellation letters and banking details, have been provided, but Manati refuses to provide proof of cancellation or a cancellation letter for the debt. i would've appreciated someone there to address this issue immediately.

A RESCUE TEAM that can pull you outta DEBT
I am very pleased and ecstatic to say my experience with DEBT RESCUE has been of the best services, from start to finish, i must admit i must have been the challenging party at some point, but never meet with dismay, only empathy and willingness to resolve my issues, my last encounter at clearance stage was most probably the best with Trisha Govender, turn around time with proceeding light speed and grace, just another remarkable service delivery found at DEBT RESCUE, i have recommended family not to waste anymore time with other agencies.....Look For the RESCUE TEAM ;)
