Quality Credit and Legan non Trust worthy
I canceled my contract with Quality Credit and Legal. At first they kept making excuses on why I couldn't end the contract and after they finally "agreed" they told me there was a R4000 cancelation fee which I told them I would not pay and that they have to cancel the debt order but they did not and when my son's SASSA came in they took R2000 of the R2400 I couldn't even pay my son's school and when I reached out they said they would get back to me and they failed to do so she ghosted me I ve tried calling and spanning they're WhatsApp number so Please take my advice if they contact you block and delete everything

EXTREMELY SATISFIED
Truely grateful to Quality credit and Legal for assisting myself and my husband with the removal of the debt review flag. With the constant communication from Zahrah in regard to my application as well as the operation manager, Kiara, that made sure that I was satisfied and gave me clarity regarding my removal process. A very reliable, professional and orientated company that I would recommend to many people. I have received my CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE within 7-21 working days. Good day I was under Debt Review for more than 10 years, couldn't even do anything with my name, my house and my car was taken from me because of this Debt Review ****😭I lost a lot that I worked hard for. A colleague told me about the company named "Quality Credit and Legal" first time I was sceptical because what I lost in the past and they are a start up company but the work they did was exceptionally very well. They gave me an installment of R8000 once off which I paid and within 7 - 21 working days I got my clearance certificate😅. I intend on working with you guys and thanks for making my life easier to the very very splendid road for you guys.

Extremely Concerning Experience – Lack of Transparency, Communication, and Accountability
I am sharing my experience with Quality Credit and Legal to warn others to proceed with extreme caution. I was initially under debt review and had been informed through proper channels that I could not be removed due to certain payment conditions. Out of the blue, I was contacted by this company offering to assist with my removal from debt review, promising a quick and straightforward process in exchange for a “minimal fee.” Based on their assurances, I made the requested payment. Unfortunately, this is where the problems began. After payment: Communication became extremely poor and inconsistent Responses were delayed or completely non-existent No clear feedback, updates, or progress reports were provided No breakdown was given explaining how my payment was being used It felt as though the urgency was only on getting the payment processed. Once that was done, there was little to no follow-through. Additionally: Promises were made about engaging lawyers and working with the NCR, but there was no visible evidence or documentation to support this I was told they would assist with payments to creditors, yet later I was instructed to continue paying creditors myself without clear explanation of what my initial payment covered There appears to be no structured process, accountability, or standard operating procedure in place This lack of transparency and follow-up is deeply concerning. From a consumer perspective, it creates the impression of a system designed to collect fees without delivering measurable results. I have also found very limited verifiable information about their operations, processes, or track record online. Their website does not provide sufficient detail to build trust or credibility. My advice to others: Be cautious of unsolicited calls offering financial or legal assistance Do not make payments without a clear, written breakdown of services Ensure the company is properly registered and verifiable through official regulatory bodies This experience has been both financially and emotionally stressful. I strongly urge anyone considering their services to do thorough due diligence before proceeding. I hope this review encourages greater accountability and helps protect others from a similar experience.

They ***** peoples money with promises off interest rate reductions.NOT all calls are recorded to cover anyone. Empty promises made on the phone to customers about cancellations and no fees to be paid which are untrue. BE CAREFUL if you accept their offer you are putting yourself under debt review!!
