Quality Credit and Legan non Trust worthy

I canceled my contract with Quality Credit and Legal. At first they kept making excuses on why I couldn't end the contract and after they finally "agreed" they told me there was a R4000 cancelation fee which I told them I would not pay and that they have to cancel the debt order but they did not and when my son's SASSA came in they took R2000 of the R2400 I couldn't even pay my son's school and when I reached out they said they would get back to me and they failed to do so she ghosted me I ve tried calling and spanning they're WhatsApp number so Please take my advice if they contact you block and delete everything
