Would give them 0 stars if I could. We have been trying for weeks to get help in the Nqhutu area as we have no electricity. No one can help. Holding on for hours at a time, no lines are working and the lines that are working have no answer. Have launched multiple complaints on Alfred chat aswell - with no feedback.
I ordered, process took 5 minutes at most and had product the next day
Vodacom decided that they would add an extra account of R5520.60 on my account and deduct it at the end of the month costing me a total of R595 of account fees (I did not have money in the account) and another R50 of me having to reverse this amount. They told me that it's because of my subscription on google play although this is not even my number. After having been on the phone trying to reach them for hours as to no avail - I send emails to the ***** department. After a month of waiting, I received a call asking why I did not pay the account. After the phone call only I received a mail saying this was *****ulent and the wouldreverse it. Not surprised - they took an amount of R7054.38 this month. I did not even receive an invoice or anything. I am fed up with VODACOM and the useless non existant service!!!
