Metropolitan are ****mers
Metropolitan Life has been deducting R1311 from my salary since February this year,despite me informing the consultant who services our school that I could not afford the premium.Shame on you Metropolitan I phoned ,submitted an affidavit,sent emails but you continue to milk me .This is daylight ******* .Please don't tell me about the cooling off period as I have never received any documents or correspondence to date for this funeral policy .Your consultants are more than keen to receive commission never mind the financial implications it has on us.The consultant also hasn't communicated with me to date since I reported this to her. Metropolitan is quick to respond when receiving complaints,but they never assist or do anything about our concerns.
