BAD SERVICE

Bad bad bad service! Please, anyone planning to have their floors done with vinyl.... stay away from this company. First, come and have a look at my floors done by Anza flooring West Coast. I had my floors done, with vinyl flooring about a year ago. A couple of months later, vinyl came loose, and some of the corners curled up. What a battle to get hold of the owner Deon, and when you do get hold of him, he will tell you he'll come around as soon as he's got time. Long story short, when he eventually came around, he blamed it on the manufacturer and will have to fill in forms and take pictures. January 2023 came, and nothing...... again, phone calls, messages, and voice messages. March, they came to replace some of the vinyl. This time, he did not order enough. We had to wait longer, eventually two weeks later they finished. Seven months later..... same story. Corners came loose, vinyl strips came loose, and at one spot, there was a 3mm opening between two vinyl strips. I sent him pictures and asked him to please come and have a look. He sent a message asking for my address, and that was it. After that, he totally ignored me. I can see that he read my messages, but he does not reply. This is this worst experience I ever had with a company, and I am definitely not the only one. I have sent him a registered letter and are definitely going to take legal action. I am living in Langebaan, and anyone is welcome to come and have a look at my floors. Don't support this guy....... you will be disappointed.
