I went to Collect my car on 10 October 2023. Up until this point I received great service from everyone involved (sales and finance). On 12 October I noticed a bubble on two of my tyres (presumably from some kind of impact). Now I know this didn't happen during that day and a half. When I informed my sales executive, he said they did not see anything when they expected the car, but he will confirm "tomorrow". NOTHING HAPPENED. On 16 Oct I phoned again, and he requested I give him the rest of the day to figure it out. NOTHING HAPPENED. On 17 Oct I sent him a message. He then mentioned that they did not see the bubbles when they got the car, which I understand. Worth mentioning that some employee used this as their daily car during this time (after inspection). I'm definitely not blaming this person, just challenging his "inspection" answer. On 25 Oct I sent another message:. He then said management is not there, but he will give me an answer next week. Then I phoned during that "next week", and once again he **** and said "by the end of the week" (which is also over now). Now, I know because I only noticed it just over a day later, they run a risk of fixing something I broke. But I simply wanted an answer whether they can help me or not. I wanted to get it fixed asap, as it is very dangerous to drive around like this. So I ended up buying two new tyres, after driving like that for 3 weeks. Very very very unprofessional to lie to a customer like this. I would not recommend using this dealer, as they clearly do not care about customer service/safety. I just dread the day that something this happens to a customer who is not able to fix it on their own. I wish I read some of the reviews before doing business with them, what a pity.
