I bought a car from Jabu there and had one small hikup, I called Jabu and he sorted it out with no complaints from his side and hassle free for myself. There service from the start was very well done. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to get a car from them. Ask for Jabu to assist you. Thank you so much for your well done service Jabu.. keep up the positive attitude and good service you will get far..

I bought a car from Jabu there and had one small hikup, I called Jabu and he sorted it out with no complaints from his side and hassle free for myself. There service from the start was very well done. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to get a car from them. Ask for Jabu to assist you. I went to Collect my car on 10 October 2023. Up until this point I received great service from everyone involved (sales and finance). On 12 October I noticed a bubble on two of my tyres (presumably from some kind of impact). Now I know this didn't happen during that day and a half. When I informed my sales executive, he said they did not see anything when they expected the car, but he will confirm "tomorrow". NOTHING HAPPENED. On 16 Oct I phoned again, and he requested I give him the rest of the day to figure it out. NOTHING HAPPENED. On 17 Oct I sent him a message. He then mentioned that they did not see the bubbles when they got the car, which I understand. Worth mentioning that some employee used this as their daily car during this time (after inspection). I'm definitely not blaming this person, just challenging his "inspection" answer. On 25 Oct I sent another message:. He then said management is not there, but he will give me an answer next week. Then I phoned during that "next week", and once again he **** and said "by the end of the week" (which is also over now). Now, I know because I only noticed it just over a day later, they run a risk of fixing something I broke. But I simply wanted an answer whether they can help me or not. I wanted to get it fixed asap, as it is very dangerous to drive around like this. So I ended up buying two new tyres, after driving like that for 3 weeks. Very very very unprofessional to lie to a customer like this. I would not recommend using this dealer, as they clearly do not care about customer service/safety. I just dread the day that something this happens to a customer who is not able to fix it on their own. I wish I read some of the reviews before doing business with them, what a pity. Thanks to the finance lady for your professional service, I really appreciate your help.

I bought a car from these guys December 2022. Flew from up from KZN to pick up the car i noticed some hail damage on the roof. They had agreed to fix it so sent quotes and they come back saying they can get it done cheaper. So after giving me the run around i went to the ombudsman and their finding was that they need to fix the car at their cost or find someone closer to me. After the finding they would tell me that they would be pay and this went on for 3\4 months. Every excuse came about someone died or his partner is in Mozambique. Eventually I took it up with the NCC and within one day they paid me for the invoice. So in total it took these guys 10 months to pay me to sort this matter out. Owner Riel Hugo has no customer experience and always ignores calls and whatsapp messages only when he feels fit he would do so. He tried to get abrupt with me over a phone call but i wouldn't let him have it as he knew he was in the wrong. Although with this bad experience the sales person Jabulani tried his best to resolve this and if he had to be at another dealership tomorrow I would gladly give him my business. Be careful when dealing with this dealer.

Good day. Bought a vehicle from Absolut Auto on Beyers Naude Drive in March 2022. Experience from the salesman Jabulani was absolutely 'Prime Service'. His cutomer service was great. All went according to what he had told us..and the vehicle was roadworthy and delivered on time. I would recommend Absolut Auto to anybody wanting to purchase an automobile...and ask for Jabulani. ..excellent sales service from him!!! Thank you Mr Jabu and Absolut Auto. 👍👍👍👍👍

The service was top-tier - we were very pleased. Mr Jabulani was absolutely great - he did what he said he will do, when he said he'll do it, and we were out with our car in no time.

I signed an offer to purchase a SLK Mercedes in Nov 2021. Dealt with Jabu. Finance approved. I was then told that they were awaiting the papers for the car as they had bought the car in the Auction. I had to wait 21 days. 21 days later I was told that no papers were received due to some issues that occurred and they were returning the car to the Auction house. Hence the car could not be sold. I called in today to speak to Jabu and was told he is not in today. I then inquired about the car in question and was told that they could not wait (for what I am not sure) and sold the car to someone else. This is after I had a signed an offer to purchase this car. These type of people should not be in business. This was totally unacceptable. I can now understand all the bad reviews given to Absolut Auto because they do operate as crooks. Do not support this dealership, you will be disappointed
