I bought a car from these guys December 2022. Flew from up from KZN to pick up the car i noticed some hail damage on the roof. They had agreed to fix it so sent quotes and they come back saying they can get it done cheaper. So after giving me the run around i went to the ombudsman and their finding was that they need to fix the car at their cost or find someone closer to me. After the finding they would tell me that they would be pay and this went on for 3\4 months. Every excuse came about someone died or his partner is in Mozambique. Eventually I took it up with the NCC and within one day they paid me for the invoice. So in total it took these guys 10 months to pay me to sort this matter out. Owner Riel Hugo has no customer experience and always ignores calls and whatsapp messages only when he feels fit he would do so. He tried to get abrupt with me over a phone call but i wouldn't let him have it as he knew he was in the wrong. Although with this bad experience the sales person Jabulani tried his best to resolve this and if he had to be at another dealership tomorrow I would gladly give him my business. Be careful when dealing with this dealer.
