I’m continually impressed by King Price Insurance. After leaving and returning as a client, they approved my claim in record time. Their service has been exceptional. The claims department kept me informed throughout the process, and the King Price app made submitting my claim incredibly easy. A special thanks to Veronique Naude, my fantastic claims agent, and Nicholas for confirming details. Once again, thank you for your outstanding and royal service.
I bought a car from these guys December 2022. Flew from up from KZN to pick up the car i noticed some hail damage on the roof. They had agreed to fix it so sent quotes and they come back saying they can get it done cheaper. So after giving me the run around i went to the ombudsman and their finding was that they need to fix the car at their cost or find someone closer to me. After the finding they would tell me that they would be pay and this went on for 3\4 months. Every excuse came about someone died or his partner is in Mozambique. Eventually I took it up with the NCC and within one day they paid me for the invoice. So in total it took these guys 10 months to pay me to sort this matter out. Owner Riel Hugo has no customer experience and always ignores calls and whatsapp messages only when he feels fit he would do so. He tried to get abrupt with me over a phone call but i wouldn't let him have it as he knew he was in the wrong. Although with this bad experience the sales person Jabulani tried his best to resolve this and if he had to be at another dealership tomorrow I would gladly give him my business. Be careful when dealing with this dealer.
My car was stolen October 2020. Cartrack asked for documentation leading to the warranty claim which i had submitted. Today 11 January 2021 I get a email saying rejected due to not testing my device. I would like to state that when I took out this contract over the phone no one told me about testing the device. I don't think I received this in writing as well. Furthermore the device was working when the car got stolen because Cartrack picked up signals from the device before it was taken out by whoever stole it. This is false advertising of the warranty claim. You guys are trying in everyday not to pay. I still cannot believe that I have a taken out a new device with your company again. I also believe that it is not right of the client to test the device as we are paying you guys track our vehicles. Therefore it should be cartrack responsibility to test the tracker themselves. I would also like to state that I used to get SMS’s saying that my device was being tested. You guys are trying every way not to pay and I will not recommend this company to anyone. I really feel robbed of this warranty being a loyal client who came again.
Ian Pitout who is my claims assessor had did a fantastic job on handling my claim. Always kept me up to date with my claim and also gave me advice on what cars are not high risk. He really gave a me a royal service. Thank you Ian
Dis Chem has a promotion - when you buy 10 packs of Pampers you will receive one free. With this said my wife and I Purchase 10 packs and may I say we swipe our loyalty card every time and we buy a pack every month. When we enquired about how many packs we bought they said it was 10 packs. Asked about our free pack they said they sent a message on the 26 March 2020. I said that we didn't recieve the message or even if we did we must of over looked it! Point of the matter is they said we should of collected if it within 60days. My argument is we buy a pack every month if it's in your system why couldn't you give me it to me free then. Also they don't have an answer when you ask then what's the reason for the 60days?! I will certainly not be back there. Also we get their emails on promotional items why couldn't you send us an email or a reminder that your 60days is almost up. We feel so robbed by dischem
