I am disappointed on viagogo I bought tickets for Antony Hamilton on the 6th of January with the hope I will get them on time so that I can plan for my accommodation,till today no tickets and yesterday when I was chatting to one of consultant he /she was so rude told me they won’t refund me My question if you Give me ticket on the day of eventhow will I plan myself 🤷♀️,viagogo please refund my money since you failed to give me tickets it’s more than a month even worse there’s no communication
Capitec ***** department don’t know what they are doing how can they close a case because they did not give their outcome of their investigation instead I get told that case is closed because i failed to submit court order,all I want is the outcome of the investigation because I submitted all documents to show why money was paid to my account even affidavit was there,is this how you honestly treat your customers it’s been 1year already my funds are frozen Bring back my money capitec ,
I am now loosing my patience,no response regarding what I requested not to mention that it’s almost 8months I’ve never received any feedback with regards to your investigation, I’m the one who keep doing a follow up How does capitec investigation department work? They don’t update regarding the investigation? I am now taking this matter to the news paper so that the world can see what kind of a bank you are, I have all proof of emails showing that I’m the only who’s been doing a follow up , no update from your side, even have phone recordings. You failed to do a. Simple thing ,deal with a persons account was reported and unfreeze my funds,yet I find myself suffering to get my money back yet I did submit all the proof,now even if I’m requesting a letter you guys a failing to send me.I will also sue capitec cause you failed me as your loyal customer.
I still can’t believe Capitec service,clearly they don’t care about us as customers it’s been a month now I’ve reported frozen funds all I get is they still investigating yet I’ve sent all documents I guess capitec is becoming another **** now ****ming their own clients.I will not recommend capitec to anyone last days I’ve seen quite few complaints about capitec clearly they are now failing to provide service
I’m so disappointed capitec sending me an email stating my issue is resolved yet the money is still frozen I can’t access my funds 🚮🚮 What is concluded sad part I’ve been a loyal capitec client for more than 15years CAPITEC Hello, Miss. I am disappointed with capitec ***** department,I have funds that a frozen and I’ve submitted all proof and required documents as a proof why the money was paid to my account’Its more than 2 weeks my money is not released they keep telling me they are investigating 🚮🚮
