Doesn't help to review them they don't right the wrong they did they just keep doing the same thing and that's denying that they made the mistake and that you are in the wrong not them
They can't or will not solve the problem as soon as you bring up the real problem they put the phone down in your ears and the problem just get worse
Cell C just phoned me as say I owe them money for connection fees I paid my account on 2 February 2024 and after that they disconnected my lines for not payment because they are to *********** to do a Bank reconciliation and allocate the money I paid to my account now they try and say I didn't pay that's why they disconnected my lines these imbeciles is so *********** that they don't know what they talking about they want me to pay for a service I haven't even used yet they don't have a clue what the hell they doing I wish I could cancel my contract with them because you can't explain to a bunch of imbeciles the problem they always have excuses and stories why they don't fix the problem but let is excelate
I worked for them for 5 months when I signed contract with them its was for working 3 day,3night and 3 off it never materials whe hardly had off their excuses was that there was not enough people to cover the shifts but they always look took prosecut you if you fall asleep but the amount of hours you worked does not matter then they fire you and don't pay you the money they owe you neither do they pay you your leave money but it's not just Hi Zone it goes like this in the whole Security Industry
This month the imbeciles at Cell C send me a statement of R2009 as the say I didn't paid my account in February I paid on 2 February and amount of R876 now they come with the excuse that I used the wrong reference but it's the same reference that I used for the last year it's just the these imbeciles can't do a Bank reconciliation and now it seems they can't even read all that I owe them this month is R820 witch is my normal installment they always say the resolve the problem but they can't resolve anything as the are not *********** to do anything right they can just ***** up and try and ***** from there clients I will never refer anyone to get a contract from Cell C and as soon as my contract expires I will move to another company because I don't need the stress these imbeciles put on me it seems from the top management to the lowest employee they are all imbeciles
In September 2023 Cell C put an amount of R865 on my account and tried to take double the amount from my Bank account ever since they tried to take extra money every month like in February 2024 I eft the payment on 2 February 2024 and on 3 February 2024 they phoned me and asked if I had paid the installment over to them I said that I had and on 3 February 2024 they still try to take the money I already paid from my bank account then on 6 February 2024 they tried to take another amount of R244.00 from my banking account on Thursday 22 February 2024 I spoke to them in the phone but they can't understand that the problem is on their side not mine further in December or January my installment increased with plus minus R23.00 and they did not informed me of the increase so couldn't made provision for the extra amount on my installment but is paid the extra amount in February. To me it seems that they are a bunch of *********** idiots that can't do a Bank reconciliation and can't even read their own statements if I could I would have put on here all the proof of their incompetncy I have all the statements and proof of payment ever since the begining of the contract. I'm sick and tired of trying to explain the problem that they created to a bunch on imbeciles.

According to Cell C I'm R1003 in arrears my next debit order is only due on 6 January now the demand that I must pay the R1003 how dam *********** must you be to jot see that my debit order for December was paid and on 24 November I paid R150.00 and send them numerous proof of payment but they are so *********** that they can't allocate the R150.00 that I paid every time they try to take the money that I don't owe them and the debt order is returned they charge me R70.00 so I have to pay for their incompetency I effect they ***** money from me and how many other clients this is ridiculous I had enough of this ****
On the 24/11/2023 we paid Cell C an amount of R150.00 after they said our account is in arrears by R113.94 since then we send them numerous proof of payments on the 14/122023 and on 20/12/2023 they still try to take from my bank the amount of R113.94 every time they charge me R70.00 for the befit order that was s3nd back because there is no t enough money in the account and I must pay bank charge by my bank after numerous phone calls from Cell C where I explained to them yhat we paid R150.00 on the 24/11/2023 and proof of payment send to them they still try to ***** money from me I'm sick and tired of these incompetency to solve the problem and their inability to allocate the money to yhe right account
Anybody that ever think of getting a contract at Cell C think twice because they are a bunch of ******* up to August 2023 there was no issues with my account that in August I got paid late and my debit order didn't go off I paid the amount that was due by EFT wich showed on my September 2023 statement they try to take the amount that was due puls the penalty they charge you for a debit order that's was declined but in August someone from Cell C phoned me and gave me an amount that is due on my next debit order date without the penalty which I left in my account but the deu amount plus the penalty was deducted from my account which was declined then on the same day they took the same amount from my account which went through now every month they still try to take the amount with the penalty from my account and every time they charge me a penalty when it's not going through that's how they ***** money from their clients every time I phone them they say I'm in arrears or they just put the phone down I'm sick and tired of this nonsense and I said to them this morning every time they try to take that amount from my account and it's declined I will sent them an invoice for a R150.00 for my bank charges
