Happy and Healthy Customer
I have shopped at Onelife Health Shop in Hennopspark, Centurion for years and have always been given good advice that has helped me with my health issues. The personnel there are friendly and helpful, and very knowledgeable with regards their health products. When I want a specific product that they might not have, they go out of their way to look for it and order it for me. Not only are the products good, but their service is great. I highly recommend them.

Bad delivery and customer service!!
I am very disappointed in Herbs and Health company. I ordered my Collagen ten days ago. I did not receive a tracking number. When I called Courier Guy who they say do the deliveries, Courier Guy told me they don't have me on their system for delivery and since I was not given a tracking number, they cannot track my order. I tried calling the number that is on Herbs and Health's website, it is always off. I sent whatsapp messages and emailed them four times, no reply from them. I would ask for a refund, but can't even get hold of them. BUT they send me automated marketing emails. I will never buy from them again, though I liked their product. Will also not refer them to anyone.
