Poor Product quality and poor service
Roberto Vino Blade Sneakers that I purchased from John Graig at Wonderpark Shopping Centre on 26 November 2024 for R1899.99. Unfortunately, after wearing the sneakers for just two hours, the heel broke. This level of quality is disappointing, especially for a product of this price range. I believe that items sold should be durable and meet reasonable expectations. I have approached the team regarding a refund, but was informed that it cannot be accommodated. Given the circumstances and the poor performance of the sneakers I will never buy from them again.
