*****ulent business. Avoid at all costs.

This agency, run by Garth Manuel, is a *****ulent business. Garth has the following modus operandi: he will book a doctor for a session, and demand his commission and the doctors fee upfront. When it comes to payment of the locum doctor (his employee, basically), he will make excuses, pay in piecemeal amounts and in my case just not pay at all. He also offers or advertises rates above what the practice owners are willing to pay, because he does not intend on paying the doctors who do the work.
