Excellent service and unrivalled customer experience
Excellent service provided by Kelvin. He was professional and went the extra mile to assist with repairing my air con. It’s quite refreshing to engage with a company that tries to assist the customer within the customers budget constraints and provide an unrivalled service offering. I am really glad I found them.

Stay away from ********s and *******
Stay far away from this agency. They don’t vet their agents and employ ********s. They have no controls in place and take no responsibility or accountability for the actions of their agents. An agent under their employment, sakhile sipinya, conned prospective tenants and had them pay him rental and deposit into his personal bank account. All the documentation, lease agreement, credit checks etc and correspondence was through KMMs official email address. The agent stole the deposit and 2 months rental. When the principal of KMM was informed, they refused to take accountability for the actions of their employee, nor take any action against their employee to ensure that the owner is Paid the rental rightfully due. To date the owner has not received the rental due to him, despite having paid plenty of agency fees (and receiving a statement of kmms official letterhead). KMMs solution is to ignore their customers, not answer the phone, and pretend like they have nothing to do with this. This is an unprofessional organisation. They have no clue about how to run a business, no ethical and moral consideration and absolutely no customer centicity. This was not the first rental through KMm properties. Their services had been used to market properties on many occasions. Do yourself a favour and keep away from these *******.
