FGRO has been absolutely outstanding! I had a claim with Discovery that was dismissed, read my other review on discovery and N4 Autocraft to get the details, and while Discovery offered no help at all, FGRO went above and beyond. They stepped in and even paid for part of the repair themselves — something they didn’t have to do. A special thank you to Portia Pennington and her amazing team. They are some of the best customer service representatives I have ever come across — professional, caring, and truly committed to helping their clients. FGRO has earned my trust and respect, and I cannot recommend them highly enough!
Very disappointed with my experience with Discovery Insure. After my vehicle was repaired by one of their approved panel beaters, N4 Auto Craft, I discovered that the rearview camera was damaged. The camera was fully functional when I dropped the vehicle off, and the damage was noticed immediately after collecting it. Despite raising this with Discovery Insure, they have been completely unhelpful. They insisted on a diagnostic report, which I obtained, only for them to come back and say the report doesn’t prove that the panel beaters caused the damage. This is incredibly frustrating — the facts are simple: the camera worked before the repair, and it was damaged after. Discovery’s refusal to take responsibility or assist in resolving the issue with their approved repairer shows a serious lack of accountability and customer support. I expected better from an insurer that promotes itself on innovation and service. Would not recommend based on this experience.
Extremely disappointed with my experience at N4 Auto Craft. The repairs to my vehicle took far longer than initially communicated, and at no point did anyone bother to communicate delays or provide updates. I had to constantly follow up myself just to get basic information. To make matters worse, when I finally collected the vehicle, I noticed the rearview camera had been damaged during their time with it. I immediately brought this to their attention, but they outright refused to take any responsibility. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and a clear disregard for customer satisfaction — I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting their vehicle to N4 Auto Craft.

Why cant I give zero stars, they say they do fibre installation's, that must be a joke, I ordered a fibre line and after waiting more than 5 weeks, and a lot of communication with them nothing happend, so I cancelled the order, lets see if the refund me for the delivery charges.
