I phoned Cavalli 7 Nov for a picnic booking 8 Nov 23. 1st attempt, no answer with an option to leave a message. A few min later I phoned again, lady will transfer my request to restaurant, I told her that I already phoned , there's no answer. She took all my details and repeated my contact number to leave a message that I wanted to book the picnic for the next day available from 12:00. The time of this second call was 9:50 am. Still in time as they requested 24 hours. I phoned for the 3rd time at 11:36 and spoke to Gerda. Sorry, I was supposed to book before 11;00 for the next day. No exceptions, I ask a few times as it's a special day because it's my life partner's birthday. We love picnic's, he grows up with horses, and used to do show jumping and as we are cycling past Cavalli, we love the scenery, especially with the horses. For these reasons I've decided to book a surprise picnic. On the website, it stated bookings 24 hours prior.
