Josie Mosaola from rise telecoms is so attentive Bigups to that agent. Makes sure your problem is solved and is patient. You need to people like Josie at your compnay. Rise itself has problems now and again but thanks to people like Josie that makes sure out issues are resolved or escalated.

Hi, I would like to compliment Gugu Kajane on the give a 5 star service she gives. That lady answers promptly and makes sure that your query is resolved before we part ways on the phone. She is so efficient. Rise is lucky to have such a worker working for them. She is truly an asset to that company and i admire her workmanship. Keep it up and you will go far with the hard work you put in. I hope one day your superiors actually recognize the work you do Gugu.
