Lies and poor customer service
Lies and very poor service I am beyond frustrated with mweb and vumatel. I was clearly **** to. I had an existing line that needed to be connected called the being of Feb was told I would get a link to make payment no link was sent. Came 1st March was told they forgot to send it but if I made immediate payment my connection will be within 45mins. I have called and waited and waited since Saturday. No one has called me back nor is my connection up and running. I work from home and I had to keep loading data to work and airtime to call these people who never returns your calls. The level of frustration these people has caused me is beyond comprehension. The call centre's are always busy by the time you get to speak to someone you airtime has run out and they won't call back either. The escalated issues are never escalated and never any urgency. I am extremely disappointed being a client for so many years.

SCRAMMERS AND *****
I recently joined this platform which was without a doubt false advertising. I deposited my money and lost everything I was sent another email to deposit again to get free spin and the whole time at the back of mind like another was drawn towards this shameless people. I was so ****ed the moment I tried to withdraw I cannot I chatted to a person name Ronnie Garcia who was beyond imagination unhelpful and advised me to keep playing because of some wagger nonsense. Still I lost everything because of this I advised I was very upset and looking to cancel my subscription with them without a second thought my account was cancelled and I was not able to access it at all I was even denied to reset my password. I want all my money back I don't care how and when but this is total ***** I have registered with other platforms and I have never had an issue at all this people needs to be shut down.
