Happy gambler
I am a happy gambler, I deposited R200 in March and got a R1000 bonus with which I won 4k, but I wasn't allowed to withdraw as I needed to wager with 27k, I thought all was lost but I kept on playing and won 116k. They needed documents to pay out and I submitted 3 times but when it was approved they paid my money in 4 days. Europa casino is the real deal, one just needs to understand that bonuses come with wager requirements, I still win some few thousand rands regularly. I highly recommend this casino.

I don't gamble a lot but this gambling site promise to pay the winnings you make but when it gets time to pay they make excuses bad bad bad bad bad company I hope they investigate this company do not use the company you will not get your money

I recently joined this site but i won' R1000 1st up so of course I will withdraw but I've been waiting for 11 days now. They used to respond to my emails but as soon as I wrote to them about funds.. They've never responded me ever again.

I recently joined this platform which was without a doubt false advertising. I deposited my money and lost everything I was sent another email to deposit again to get free spin and the whole time at the back of mind like another was drawn towards this shameless people. I was so ****ed the moment I tried to withdraw I cannot I chatted to a person name Ronnie Garcia who was beyond imagination unhelpful and advised me to keep playing because of some wagger nonsense. Still I lost everything because of this I advised I was very upset and looking to cancel my subscription with them without a second thought my account was cancelled and I was not able to access it at all I was even denied to reset my password. I want all my money back I don't care how and when but this is total ***** I have registered with other platforms and I have never had an issue at all this people needs to be shut down.

I would never in my life recommend anyone to use this platform. Every single one of them are *******. Ill name them. Marcus, Conor, Martina and many more. My 65 year old mom opened an account during covid. We requested to change the email address since Saturday to be changed and verified. We get told it would 72 hours. Its been 5 days for them to make the changes. That bing said. She had to send a selfie photo wirh her arm showing. Disgusting requests. Today I try and cash out but it said account has been locked. They need us to call them to verify more details. Its ***ing Disgusting. 65 year-old lady have to suffer like this. Heartless bunch of *********** agents. Please do yourself a favour and never ever play this platform. You'll be so disappointed. You never win anything only spend spend spend.

Diffulties withdrawing winnings. Consultants are useless. U are advised to first make a deposit from various eft/etc sites but it doesnt clear from their side. My bank even confirmed successful authorisation but still no pay out from the site. They never make any payouts!!!! U can make deposit with VISA card but can't withdraw and yet it falls under the various method of withdrawals. It is a high level scam!!!! Do not waste your time with this
