Happy gambler
I am a happy gambler, I deposited R200 in March and got a R1000 bonus with which I won 4k, but I wasn't allowed to withdraw as I needed to wager with 27k, I thought all was lost but I kept on playing and won 116k. They needed documents to pay out and I submitted 3 times but when it was approved they paid my money in 4 days. Worst credit bureau
I lodged a complaint regarding false information on my profile, experian sent an email that the dispute has been resolved in my favour, but to date it has not been updated yet. I have been calling the call centre but calls go unanswered, my emails have also not been responded to. I'm so disheartened because i need a loan and i can't due to the faulty accounts reflecting on my profile.
