I would never in my life recommend anyone to use this platform. Every single one of them are *******. Ill name them. Marcus, Conor, Martina and many more. My 65 year old mom opened an account during covid. We requested to change the email address since Saturday to be changed and verified. We get told it would 72 hours. Its been 5 days for them to make the changes. That bing said. She had to send a selfie photo wirh her arm showing. Disgusting requests. Today I try and cash out but it said account has been locked. They need us to call them to verify more details. Its ***ing Disgusting. 65 year-old lady have to suffer like this. Heartless bunch of *********** agents. Please do yourself a favour and never ever play this platform. You'll be so disappointed. You never win anything only spend spend spend.
