I usually don’t complain about where I live, but Crystal Grove in Burgundy Estate has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I’m very disappointed. The landlords need to make some changes. People drive recklessly throughout the day, and kids play in the roads without any security or surveillance cameras. The gate access is unreliable, often not working. The braai area is a mess, used as storage for maintenance items like broken doors and paint tins. We don’t even have 24-hour access to the refuse area, which is disgusting. The solar geysers are frequently out of order. The agent who rented us the property pressured us into taking the unit. I don’t feel like paying to stay here anymore, and my fiancé feels unsafe most of the time. Additionally, we asked the rental company to fix the stove dials, which have faded. My fiancé has burnt herself twice. The kitchen cabinets and doors are half broken, and despite promises to fix them, nothing has been done in the two months since we moved in.

I called through close to 10 times to speak to a salesperson, every time I start explaining my issue, they just transfer me, so I must hold on again. I’ve been calling from a Vodacom pre-paid number, and I’ve spent over R200 just to try and speak to someone, the one just slammed the phone down on me. What **** service is this terrible I must say, they don’t go the extra mile, you need to check your call records because it says, “call are recorded”? I would never in my life recommend anyone to use this platform. Every single one of them are *******. Ill name them. Marcus, Conor, Martina and many more. My 65 year old mom opened an account during covid. We requested to change the email address since Saturday to be changed and verified. We get told it would 72 hours. Its been 5 days for them to make the changes. That bing said. She had to send a selfie photo wirh her arm showing. Disgusting requests. Today I try and cash out but it said account has been locked. They need us to call them to verify more details. Its ***ing Disgusting. 65 year-old lady have to suffer like this. Heartless bunch of *********** agents. Please do yourself a favour and never ever play this platform. You'll be so disappointed. You never win anything only spend spend spend.
So this is my frustration and I'm not the first one to complain about The Parks Lifestyle Estate Riverdands, I should've listened to the other complaint on Hello Peter about this place a long time ago. I would rather live in a dump. Always the smell of dumpsters and so much dust all the time so your costs of cleaning doubles. The accounts department is absolutely shocking service from Sharifa and Nazeema are very arrogant and let me not mention the new Estate Manager Malcolm So we get home the one night our apartment got broken into and stole a few things from our unit and also stole our mobile washing line from outside our unit, so i reported it on mail and i get told "please note should you feel there are items missing in your unit please contact SAPS to assist you with a theft case" what the hell, from day one we didn't feel safe at all after comments was made to us "we are white we don't belong in a black complex beside the security has no control over the tenants and get sworn broken all the time and get fined R1000 each time, who cares about R1000 between everyone to make noise in the complex, THERE IS NO SECURITY CONTROL WHATSOEVER" its becoming like a student village. people making noise shouting and screaming from Thursday till Monday to early ours of the morning, That's the reason why we moved out. Maintenance on the other hand just decides to enter your unit yard with no permission and dig up holes (to install a lightening conductor) cables laying everywhere unsealed which I've reported and nothing was done about the situation never mind the mess they left after they did the job and no feedback was given afterwards. The water and lights account gets run by a company called Unimet which is also corrupt and never tells you how many units you used To top it all off, 12 days after. Today I've received a massive account to fix the unit I was billed R4,256.80 for painting 2 x 1 meter x 1 meter walls where I used double sided tape, a can of matt gray paint costs R327.00 from Leroy Merlin I could've done it myself for R500 buying sc****rs and sandpaper or a painter for R1000.00 to paint. I was charged R500.00 for plumbing too where I reported the pressure of the tap was low. I will never advise anyone to live there, its no pleasant at all
im absolutely disgusted in vodacoms rates and charges. this is my story. ive been a client of vodacom for over 10 years now and never in my life have i been charge sooo much for out of bundle rates and "service fee". *** ive never applied for any services from you guys. ive upgraded my package to RED VIP ..... VIP my ass. i still get treated like **** cause no one is getting back to me regarding refunds, there is always "get back to you" since December 2016 when i upgraded thinking that this will sort out my data issue cause everyone does social alot on media.... heck no. made it ever worse.. my package is R2000.00 a month which is normal. my bill comes to R4000 a month, FOR WHAT. what services? why do you say yes to services without my permission? that is FRAUD.... I asked Cell C to call me ( wow Cell C just sounds so much better) they can offer me a wow packege for R1499 a month plus 20gb of data tomorrow.... im disgusted... you guys are clever... refund on airtime and no money cause you know why..... YOU GET VOICE AND DATA FOR NEXT TO NOTHING... PLEASE SORT OUT THIS PROBLEM OR I WILL GO TO SMALL CLAIMS TO INVESTIGATE THIS ISSUE
I'm so disgusted today when my account has been suspended in no matter than 14days since an EFT has been made to telkom on the 3rd of December. An amount of R1304.20 was transferred. Took telkom mobile 2 weeks to realize payment has not reflected. I called in to accounts and can tell me is send proof of payment. After I sent proof of payment is sent now a case will be opened and a complaint has been lodge for investigation. OMF. They say this will take 72 hours to be resolved. What useless service. No call backs from any supervisors today after being promised they'll call back. Still waiting for a call. I made the dam payment. Why didn't anyone call me or notify me that the payment wasn't reflecting within 24 hours like any other useless company than just cut me off. I will make so much kak now and tell everyone how pathetic you are. Not that they already know. It's weekend and Holiday. Wake THE FUCK UP telkom. I need Answers tomorrow. I'm a rep and I need my phone. I've only been on your useless network for 3 months and not happy already. Been with telkom for 10 years and never had this shit. get your accounts head to call me now
