twitter account seems to be none existant, log a problemits and the responded only after 8hrs. log another problem today at 4.36pm and still waiting for a response going for an hr now.
They want to increase my premium by 20% and my excess with 12% after I contacted them and told them to cancel they reverted back to the original amounts. I canceled and every budget customer should do the same, if you leave it you going to pay this huge increases.
Paying R669 for 50Mbs and only getting 18Mbs, if every customer checks their speeds like I do you will see Vodacom **** us. Today my 2.4G is not working so 65% of my equipment is not working depending on wifi. Then on a daily basis some **** phone me just to confirm that the wifi is not working and questions me as if I installed it or working for Vodacom.
I got a mail informing me I have been upgraded that is end of February no extra cost. End of February another mail informing me of increase for March and then another increase for April, so confuse as I have not agreed to any upgrade or different package.
My debit order did not go thru on the 29th January because of the increase. I immediately did a eft for the amount but Bonitas decided to suspend my aid. On the 05th Feb went to chemist only to find out its still suspended after I received a mail a day after I paid the funds has been allocated. I request disciplinary or a refund as I have not been covered for 7days
When you contact this medical aid they have a response time of 48h, this is the biggest lie ever. I contact them about my query 3days later and still no response.
On the 25th i contacted legal-wise and explained the mater to them, i received an sms on the 31st that should they required to resolve matter they will contact me within 24H and if i want to escalate the matter i must contact them. Why did i contact them so that they escalate the matter.
I have my brand new polo less than a year and already the faults per month has reach .64. For a 2022 model this has become a very noisy car and while the service centre keep fixing a fault another one appear. Latest problem was a noise emitting from the left rear door, Tavcor fix it today 12/06/2023 which was a loose window regulator but they added 2 more problems: 1. Damaged window tint 2. Could not attach the door panel properly. My main concern is the cost and time that I must carry and further breakage when the car is out of warranty.
Got the wrong item and after a month still no pickup or the right product. Very weird return policy thru wattsapp and had to go 3 different numbers before I could report the wrong item. Still waiting for pickup
I had my car at the dealership overnight on the 14/03/2023 for the following issues: 1. Loud noise passenger side - Apparently a strap came loose in the engine compartment 2. Wiper not cleaning properly leaving lines - Did not replace wiper blades after been told to do so, rather tightened to put more pressure on the window. i am sitting now with the same problem and noisy wiper blades. 3. Crack gear lever knob - A picture was taken of the gear lever knob and since then no feedback, how long do you look at a picture to make a decision. 4 Weeks ago. NB: This car is a 2022 model bought brand new and this was the second time the car went in for factory faults. I can only wait and see what's going to break next.
