Worst service ever ,we tooka. Us frm king William's town to Cape town on our way to port Elizabeth we were told that we need to hi back and fetch the person that were wrongly loaded on the other bus,we refuse,waited for hours to for a solution,driver advised to meet them half way and had to go to Queenstown to fetch them ,we got there and we waited for them and they were nowhere to be found ,had to wait for over an hour and had to take the other ones that were supposed to be in the bus they occupied.They were loaded and told they will get their luggages in Cape town and they refused , eventually the other bus finally arrived and passengers were loaded only at 03:30 am .Mind you my bus departed from king William's at 17:30 but we left garden route to meet the passengers in that were left behind in queenstown.At what time are gonna reach our destination.Some.od us are supposed to be at work and we obviously not gonna make it coz we are probably going to reach our destination around 4 pm instead of 7:55 a.m.Stay away from APM
I would like to command the service I received from one of the employees by the name of Noluvuyo Mfeketho.I have been assisted by agents before her service was out of this world .She was calm , helpful friendly at the same .She explained everything clearly and in detail .Keep up the good work .
They don't even deserve one star,I was ****med by Rayner Finance,I still haven't received my hard earned money .This company deserves to shutdown,they are taking advantage of the vulnerable.
# black Friday # This company doesn't even deserve one star,they are ****mers,taking advantage of the vulnerable!!I wish somebody could hear our cry and make sure this business closes down.They don't even respond to the reviews like other companies because they are guilty of ****ming consumers and they don't even deserve one star !Stay away from this company!!I still haven't heard from them and haven't received my refund from this company.I won't give up ,until every single South African is warned !
I still haven't received my refund from rayner finance and my emails and calls are blocked !it is sad when a company does this to consumers and the carry with business as usual .

I applied for a loan online and apparently the loan was approved,and I was asked to pay a refundable deposit of R1850.00 because my score was low . I was promised that the loan will be deposited as soon as the receive the deposit.I did that and few hours later an agent called me to find out if I paid the deposit and I said yes and I was requested to email the proof and I did. After sometime I was told by the agent that the"Jabulani said that our Capitec account is currently on audit due to wrong payments made by some of our clients and they are currently tracing all payments in and out of the account since Monday" and the will be reversed to my account . I waited and waited and my money was never reversed and I hav been in contact with them since . Eventually I received an e mail requesting me to e mail a bank statement as proof I also did that and the they replied and said they can't trace deposit I made but the money went off my account and the agent confirmed the banking details were correct. And eventually they blocked my calls and e mails!! Stay away !!!!</div>
Stay away for these people as far as possible because they're ****ming people. I app**** for a loan of R10 000 online and I was informed that it was approved. I received documents requesting me to pay a refundable registration fee of R1850.00 as broke as I was I made a plan for that and I transferred it to the account number that was provided .After some time I received a call asking if the payment was made and I said yes ,and they asked me to email the proof of payment which I did.Few minutes later I received a text from Loretta which read as follows "Jabulani said that our Capitec account is currently on audit due to wrong payments made by some of our clients and they are currently tracing all payments in and out of the account since Monday" and I should inform them as soon as the payment reflects on my account ,they will process the loan.Remember the loan was supposed to be paid to my account within 45-60 minutes. I have been in contact with them since and they're are giving me a run around .I stull haven't received my money to date .Stay far away from them they are prying on the vulnerable"
