Poor advertising!
Poor advertising! Canvas/prints are advertised as sets and when you receive your order you only receive one canvas/print. End up paying over R800-00 for one canvas/print. Tax is also not included in the prices. Tax is only added at checkout. If I had known that I would have paid over R800-00 for one product I would not have made the purchase. Website is complicated and confusing and definitely not user friendly.

Not getting a refund
I have not received an item from one of my Bash orders. RAM courier however notified me that the item was collected and was with them. Days went by and I have not received the item. I have escalated this to Bash through several e-mails, and they have admitted that they messed up the parcel, and I have requested a refund, after which they informed me that the refund will reflect on my account within 1 - 10 business days. Today is the 12th business day and I still have not received a refund or any feedback. They keep on telling me that they will follow up or send it to the relevant department. Seems like when Bash makes a mistake with an order, it becomes your problem by struggling to get a refund.
