Very poor service

Did not get my order
I ordered 2 items from them and I paid for next day delivery I was suppose to get the item 7 Feb 2025 until now nothing the item is saying delivered and I did not receive it or get a call from the delivery guy that they have my order I must come and collect I called all they can say is wait .paying for a next day delivery means the order was agent

Bad customer service and poor quality products
I ordered Nivea luminous serum and its brownish inside instead of greenish. I logged a return and I'm not even getting any help from them they only rep**** once and I gave them my order number and everything that was it .

I ordered from them 9 October and they told me that the item is out of stock they are going to give me a refund after 7 working days now it’s almost a month they blocked me on Facebook they are no longer replying my email and there is no phone number to call them my R1200 gone just like that
