Beware! They will take your money but not deliver your order!
Hi. I placed an order a week ago. I have received no correspondence from them since then, nor have I received my order. Numerous calls, whatsapps and emails to them have been in vain without even the courtesy of a reply.

Pathetic Service!
“I bought a mirror online on 16 September 2023 (Order Number: 2020891042) I was then informed by Builder’s Warehouse that they had to cancel the order as the one item they had in stock was damaged. They told me that they would refund me as a result. 2 MONTHS LATER, I HAVE STILL NOT BEEN REFUNDED! I have sent them numerous emails relating to this without success. The service has been nothing short of pathetic. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM BUILDER’S WAREHOUSE AGAIN!”
