This is the worst flying experience I have ever had. There was literally NO CREW for one of the flights so we were delayed by 2 hours. No pilot and no crew for a flight. And then downgrading us after we had paid and checked in.
I've had an FNB account since Inwas about 2 years old. I'm now 37. I think I will finally change banks. High bank fees, horrible Communication service/secure chat and a disregard for actually supporting you when you need them the most.
Very bad service. Received a router that doesn't work and now waiting for a new one. Getting unreliable information and making countless phone calls in order to solve their problem. My expericne of Supersonic so far is; Unreliable, inefficient and draining (energy and money).
This bank seems to be designed for ONLY wealthy people. I've been with FNB since 1988 and I am thinking of finally leaving. Their banking app is making me feel like a ***** on my own account. I need access to my app but I must travel to ATM. I have traveled to ATM twice to verify. Its now 20:00 and they want me to go again. How? With what car? What neighbourhood do I live in? None of that matters. Please stop treating us like we are just numbers and realise we live real lives. How the he'll do I go to ATM to verify myself (for the third time) at 20:00. This is not the first time the bank has let me down in a time of crisis. Sad, disappointing service.
