Anca chicken

I bought anca chicken from walkerdrive pick n pay the following day I wanted to cook for my family it was rotten and blue I have my slip and the chicken. I am very disappointed I have screenshots of emails over a period of 3 weeks. someone contacted me from the office to say they will be visiting the store with my email and photo and will reimburse me but will get back to me. They never did. Then I phoned head office spoke to Pamela she sent my complaint to relevant department and also no feedback I ask her what is going on. She does not reply. I don't have a car so I take uber to buy my groceries just to buy rotten stuff I am disgusted
