I bought a car on auction from them on Saturday 2 November 2024, which was supposed to have papers. I paid for it within 24 hours and picked it up during the week as required. The papers were supposed to be sent to me via courier. To date I have not received the papers with promises that it will be sent. This is unacceptable since I can’t register the car nor use it. I have had two parties interested in buying the car since I got it bad could not sell due the registration not being available. I wil not do business with these auctioneers in future.
Ordered items from them in May. Got I few mails requesting payment after I paid. When highlighted this to them, they responded that the order on been processed. Requested feedback via email with no response. Phone number goes to voice mail. Finally got a response on WhatsApp last week that the items been dispatched (3 weeks after the mail that the order was being processed). Asked for the tracking number - now no response on WhatsApp email or calls (still going to voice mail). If you want to lose money, do business with them.
My credit card has been debited monthly for the last 6 months for a subscription that does not exist. When queried with Business Day Help desk they responded that they cannot assist to stop the debit since my email address is not listed on their system (therefore no valid subscription) .therefore they cannot provide valid log in details nor stop the debits. Basically I must pay R129 per month without receiving a service.
