I have bought food from the deli and I didn't believe most people who said the food often makes them sick unfortunately I fell a victim on the 5 of Jan I bought pap sheep head and atchaar and two trotters and extra pap. I went to where I sell to eat with my friend but they complained the sheep head was not smelling fresh without me paying attention to that I had torn a piece of the lip and eaten it. When my friend moved the head there was a dead green fly. I then took the food back and they didn't make a fuss but and gave me fresh food. We then ate but I then ate of the freshly made food. Later in the middle of the night I became extremely I'll and got admitted in hospital at Bara where I was told I had organophospharate poison (pesticide). I have tried to get Pick n pay customer care to assist but they were quick to tell me they told the store about it but there has never been any call or check on me as their customer since I was poisoned by their carelessness and mishandling of poison and food that customers buy. I since had been going through alot since and haven't had the time or legal assistance to sort this matter out. What makes me come here is the fact that we are facing a lot of people getting sick or even passing away due to carelessness of stores that sell food so Pick n pay need to see this since they felt I am not worthy of their response after communicating of the incident and my loss and insult if being told I tried to commit suicide which was never the case. I would be happy if this case can be attended too since I had to come to Hello Peter to get pick n pay Meadow point to acknowledge their fault and reimburse for my loss of business and near death situation I had to go through.
I have an issue with how they mismanaged the issue of my mother's money that was in their care and didn't seek further consent when Mr Siphiwe Nkala came and took the money out. They kept quite. Yes the lawyers were given a right to deduct money from the account Phumzile Mazibuko had with Absa who passed on 26 April 2015 and her estate was handed to Nkala attorney to resolve but nothing was ever done cause everything was destroyed by Phumzile youngest son and now there is only a building that is empty and the cars both disasembled and sold by her son n *******. So what's is left if her money that we left at Absa n now we told it was removed without our knowledge. How could a big bank be so grossly careless and not do follow through before allowing a so called lawyer to have power of attorney over their long existing client and not involve the family that came to claim the funds as beneficiary. I am have lost the beneficiary whom was Grace Mkhwa**** mother to Phumzile Mazibuko and now it's Nonhlanhla Mkhwa**** who is doing this review cause I feel cheated by the bank and Sphiwe Nkala of Nkala attorneys. Please sort this out and if you want get hold of me you can call 0742342438 or 0613808468. Email mkhwa****nt074@gmail.com
I have big issue with Nkala attorney they took over my mother's estate with intent to resolve it since it needed lawyers in 2015 but nothing was ever done to resolve it. When we took time to follow up then they didn't have any clear response and the lawyer that handled our case ended up leaving the firm and Nkala was left with document of my mother's banking details which were for 40 000 then. When the beneficiary went to find out what was happening we found out the money was removed from the account it was In at Absa Bank and then deposited in standard bank without our knowledge as the family. And then later told the money was debited by cheques from the standard account. When we contacted the legal board they never return with answers of where is Nkala and our money. The office of the legal board in Pretoria have failed us and there for hold them accountable for not following up with Nkala all along and solving this issue yo this date. The money that was in the account which was investment account would have become way more than 40 000 if it was not ******* removed and used. Absa bank, Nkala attorneys, and standard bank needs to answer for this. Cause if Absa can allow a lawyer remove the money without checking with the family of the deceased then there is *****. MR Sphiwe Nkala of Nkala attorneys needs to pay back every cent he stole to the value of how much R40 000 would have been since from 2015 cause they didn't do the job they were hired for. STANDARD BANK needs to give clear information who opened the account and withdrew the money by cheques so we can fix this. I will not rest until this has been sorted out.
