It's almost been 2 months since I logged a return on an item purchased from ****ies South Africa. They collected the item on 1 December 2023 - today is the 27th of December 2023 - And I am still waiting for my refund after the customer care serviceman, Ayanada said it would be refunded within 3-5 working days. I placed my order in October, only received return communications in November, then a collection on 1 December, and to date, no refund or follow-up communications since my last call - 19 December. I would not recommend anyone purchase from this site. Their customer service, and their 3rd party company Skyline - absolutely BS!
Weelee is a very fair company and my car was sold with two weeks. Budget Insurance quoted me at first, and basically downgraded the value of my car saying that I wouldn't be able to receive more than 70K for my car, but when I went via Weelee, and when evaluated, they saw that my car was in mint condition, low mileage and the value of my car came to more than 100K. The company who bought my car was reputable and within days, money reflected into my bank account. #BlackFriday
Their customer service is not worth any star. For the last month, Cool Ideas made a huge **** up on their end and installed 2 x lines to my apartment instead of one. They have now suspended my contract due to no payment for the second line? But If I had only asked for one line and I had paid for that line, why am I being suspended. This obviously now goes on my record as bad credit? I am utterly disappointed in their service delivery. NB: Day 2 - of no wifi line and no response from the team.
