I took a chance and ordered online and honestly I’ve never been so ****ed off. There is no communication not to mention their delivery service is handled by a very *********** company. I ordered my item weeks ago and I still haven’t received it. Honestly this feels like a ****. I honestly regret my purchase so much

I have ordered items before from you but the last two times has been terrible customer service. Have emailed and called and nobody answers or replies. Can someone contact me regarding my order as this is now too long.Change the useless delivery company you use as they are not updating me as well. Where is my order ????

Terrible customer service. I requested an exchange for an item, only to hear a week later that they no longer do exchanges. That I would need to return the item and receive a refund. It took an entire month for them to collect the item even after I emailed them several times leading them to “Escalate the Matter.” They “Escalated the Matter” only after two weeks and still took them two weeks after that to collect it. Almost two months later, I still haven’t received my refund and haven’t heard a response to my recent emails asking where it is. I strongly recommend that you DO NOT purchase from them.

It's almost been 2 months since I logged a return on an item purchased from ****ies South Africa. They collected the item on 1 December 2023 - today is the 27th of December 2023 - And I am still waiting for my refund after the customer care serviceman, Ayanada said it would be refunded within 3-5 working days. I placed my order in October, only received return communications in November, then a collection on 1 December, and to date, no refund or follow-up communications since my last call - 19 December. I would not recommend anyone purchase from this site. Their customer service, and their 3rd party company Skyline - absolutely BS!
