MEMORY is the most respectful.person and has so much patience..She shows empathy and does out herself in the customers shoes..She really treats her clientele with such respect..Please promote Memory to a supervisor or manager..Thank you MEMORY
Hoover brand is not what it used to be. I purchased my second Hoover vacuum in September 2025 from Amazon on special. Noticed suction pressure was very hard and the vacuum pipes did were so tight you could break your back trying to separate them. I contacted Amazon but they could exchange it and referred me to Hoover..I have completed their contact form.and so did my wife on numerous occasions but nobody contacted me..Four months later there is a strong burn smell.and this after regularly cleaning the vaccum.bin and pipes and filters.I contacted their call centre and was referred to their service centre but could not inform me if repairs would be conducted and if it was all.coveres or not..Item still under warranty as not six months yet . The shoddy type of manufacturing has led to this and stuck with a seemingly burnt out vaccum and a dusty carpet..Hoover please come fetch this dud of a vacuum and tell me what's wrong as it's still under warranty. I do not even know where you guys are as it reflects two address on your site for my province.

Disgusting customer service. The WhatsApp consultants have no mannerism and speak with regard for people's health or well being. I sent proof of payment and my wife's script but after 2 days they claimed not to have it even though I emailed it twice. The proof of payment was made from my Nedbank account to their Nedbank account but they say does not reflect. Recruit competent staff ,it is disgraceful customer service. What a joke.
I still have received no tracking or anything regarding my order. Worst service ever ,how do you advertise 3 to 5 days..When I followed up I was informed the same standard response of 3 to 5 working days. You guys do know we have The Consumer Council available which consumers can report to right ???? Now when will I get my freaking order cos PAINT DRYS FASTER. If you are unable to fulfil.my order will I then get a refund ??

Service needs to improve asap as you are dealing with people's lives. Seems more interest is shown to co payments being paid instead of people's lives. I require for chronic medication to be sent . You guys are dealing with patients with chronic conditions and need to take a sense of urgency when doing so. Pathetic and slow responses..Show care to patients.
I have ordered items before from you but the last two times has been terrible customer service. Have emailed and called and nobody answers or replies. Can someone contact me regarding my order as this is now too long.Change the useless delivery company you use as they are not updating me as well. Where is my order ????
