****ies South Africa - THEEE Worst Customer Service - still awaiting refund --2 months later!

It's almost been 2 months since I logged a return on an item purchased from ****ies South Africa. They collected the item on 1 December 2023 - today is the 27th of December 2023 - And I am still waiting for my refund after the customer care serviceman, Ayanada said it would be refunded within 3-5 working days. I placed my order in October, only received return communications in November, then a collection on 1 December, and to date, no refund or follow-up communications since my last call - 19 December.

I would not recommend anyone purchase from this site. Their customer service, and their 3rd party company Skyline - absolutely BS!
