Never activated my line for MONTHS and still charge me every month
I am beyond frustrated with Octotel. I moved to a new apartment which had the previous tenants line set up. It took absolute ages to get it cancelled so I could use my own package. However, what I now find out months later, is that my package was never activated. In my Afrihost app it shows that I have used 0 data for months. My internet has always been slow since moving from Openserve (previously same packages speed) and now I know why. Absolutely shocking service, and it’s not the first time I was **** to by their service agents. And of course, they don’t work weekends so getting any sort of help is absolutely hopeless unless you’re unemployed or work from home. This needs to be resolved immediately and I expect a full refund for the services that I’ve been paying for but not receiving.

Terrible Customer Service
Shocking customer service. Takes hours to get anyone on the phone. Email is even worse. It's practically impossible to get ahold of anyone. I have been trying to get into the app but none of my retirement investments show up, my name and ID number is apparently not on their system according to their customer service agents. So I email them asking for further assistance, eventually get a response about a day later asking for my information, which I provided. No one has responded to me in 5 days, despite following up multiple times. Incredibly frustrating and a complete lack of customer service.

Terrible Customer Service
Terrible customer service. I requested an exchange for an item, only to hear a week later that they no longer do exchanges. That I would need to return the item and receive a refund. It took an entire month for them to collect the item even after I emailed them several times leading them to “Escalate the Matter.” They “Escalated the Matter” only after two weeks and still took them two weeks after that to collect it. Almost two months later, I still haven’t received my refund and haven’t heard a response to my recent emails asking where it is. I strongly recommend that you DO NOT purchase from them.
