I submitted an application for prepaid Fibre with Afrihost on the 8th of March. The router was ordered and subsequently delivered, and I received notification that Open Serve would arrange the installation. Despite multiple phone calls and escalations, we are still without Fibre, and Open Serve has not yet made any installation arrangements. My daughter works from home, and this delay is causing significant issues. I am very disappointed with the service I have received thus far.
Very friendly assistance from JJ. Explained to me the gold price for the day and made me a very good offer. Will highly recommend for any future sellers.
As with another unhappy customer. If there was a 0 star, I was going to give them a 0. They don't even deserve my 1 star. I wanted to sign up for their services as they say they remove blacklisting, after accepting the debit order mandate they tell me that I need to settle the accounts first so that they can assist me. They have caused MORE damage to my credit record than anything else. They would pay my accounts 2-3 weeks late and not the amounts as agreed by my creditors. I regret ever using their services,
