Struggling actively for a month with support. 2 and a half months with unstable internet connection. NO communication effort on their part. They accuse you of not answering the phone after multiple attempts were made to call you. They ONLY phone once and close a ticket if you don't answer. 80% of the tech support agents are clueless. They read the heading of the ticket and try to figure it out starting from "do a speed test" for (not kidding!) 8 times. This is Losertel, not Herotel.
