Be warned
Do not use!!!!! I had the following disaster!!! 1.Panels were installed incorrectly after I have indicated same on day of installation and was told it is correct. Its installed at 3 degrees and should be at at least 15 degrees according to owner Vojaun. Other installer did site visit and declare at least 30 degrees. 2. They sold me incorrect batteries as per quote, The quoted batteries and the ones installed is not the same. Obviously cheaper batteries! 3. Did not receive COC or warranty docs 4.Batteries are not earthed 5. Took forever to do installation and I am still not able to feed back into the grid and its 3.5 months later In light of the above it make sense that their quote was better than the other quotes. They save on batteries and installation costs. Total loss on my side amounts to R 150 000 minus R 10 000 retention. Now both my wife and I are blocked and refuse the owner communication. Typical!! All the above can be proven Be warned

MTN Superflex
Do not take out the Superflex plan from MTN. As a matter of fact. Stay away completely. I took out the package and is now in my third month. Yesterday I received a sms that my package has been renewed. Today I cannot make a call. Service has been suspended. No indication on credit card of a payment returned. I called the call centre. find the number on the app. 135. At first they said the Superflex is on contract so I get transferred to contract department. Later on I am told no, its a prepaid line and again I am being transferred. I got transferred more or less 8 times. I was on the line for 30 minutes. At the end I am told that if there is a problem with the Superflex package I must go to the nearest MTN store!!!! Only one that can assist me is the MTN store And all this whilst the operators are really rude and speak over me!! What a nightmare
