I've been with cartrack for i believe over 2 years now. 1 vehicle since the beginning and have added and removed secondary vehicles. I called to add another vehicle and was scheduled for installation today, Monday 1 Dec 2025. My woman used public transport so that the car is at home for installation. I received an sms this morning(installation day) to confirm my appointment is today. As of 8am we could expect the technician according to the the sms.. then came 11am nothing, 1pm, nothing. So now I try to call through to scheduling. After 4 attempts, i couldn't get through. Continue to wait and it's now 3pm, I called and got through. The department said they can't get hold of the technician, both his phones are on voicemail and they would send an email. At this point taking public transport was unnecessary and we're onto the next issue which is the appointments my partner had after work. Come 5pm, I call again. Same story, both the lines for the technician is on voicemail and they would send an email. I requested to escalate the call as my partner had to postponed 1 appointment and canceled the other in hopes that the technician would still be installing today as arranged. The supervisor refused to take the call despite my extreme upset and dissatisfaction. I called over 8 times today and spent more than 30 minutes on the phone. The last one was me trying to speak to a customer service supervisor where I was kept on the line waiting and waiting and nobody came back to speak to me. I've worked call centre in my life, I know these tactics and therefore I just dropped the line. Very very upset with the service and sequence of events today. My time, my airtime, appointments and unnecessary inconvenience suffered today due to clear incompetence. I really just want to leave with both cars and see what's out there, this doesn't seem like it.

Absolutely poor job. I was not home when the job was being done. I contacted him and told him I'm not happy. He tells me the car was dirty, as if to say i should be happy with the job as it is because the car is cleaner than what it was. Honestly very sloppy work. Price is inviting but the work is subpar. Don't recommend.
