Lilian lofts was nothing short of amazing, with Vee being my beauty the****** she really did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend the spa, but the restaurant thoroughly disappointed me. The menu has a different price than the system. If system is updated why not update your menus as well, than having your employees say there's nothing they can do I need to pay what on the system? not what's on the menu.
I booked accommodation via bookings.com for Mouille point apartments but the payment kept on bouncing back to my account . I then contacted the owner or should i say the consultants about that i dealing with these specific apartments. They sent me and email with their banking details confirming that the apartments are available for the 6th until the 9th of December 2024. I later forwarded my proof of payment. To my surprise they sent me an email saying that those apartments are being sold so they want to refund me.l then called asking questions and I was told management will give me a call but no one did. I called again and was taken back and forth with no proper answers to my questions. I forwarded my proof of banking and I was told money would be paid into my account in the next 7 working It's been over 7 working days no one is taking my calls or responding to my emails please help me expose these people. I can't making a booking elsewhere as they have kept my money and don't want to refund me.
I've always given hungry lion the benefit of the doubt but today pinky and her crew hit my last nerve. I waited over an hour only to be told that my wings are not on the stove and they are refunding me.That time we are loaded shaded and I am now seating with a hungry toddler. Please tell me if this is fair? No alternative was offered what so ever. I was told askies so my son will be fed askies? Will my fuel be returned? No. I am very much disappointed and hurt because I have been a loyal customer to hungry lion only to be spit on the face. The only reason they will lose customers is because of the "I don't care attitude" of the staff .The staff needs training
