I've been using this Cash Crusaders for 10 years. I had a phone on buy back but I didn't have transport to get to them in the week. I did what I've often done and called them, asking if they can extend till Saturday which were 2 days after expiry. I spoke to 2 ladies, one that took my ID and assured me it will be ok to collect on the Saturday. When I got there, the phone was already off the system and I had to pay full price to get it back. In the end I lost R300 and if I had that type of money to loose, I wouldn't be at Cash Crusaders. Used to be when I walked in there everyone was super nice but lately they disregard me and just talk among each other. Their customer service used to be much better. Business must be good.
I returned edibles for testing because it was ****. Was told would be replaced but never was. *****. ****. Police should investigate.
1. Laptop won't charge. Got quoted on DC Jack to be replaced. Buy new laptop instead because of 6 weeks time frame. 2. Decided to get old laptop fixed for backup. Suddenly nothing wrong with DC Jack now it only require new charger. 3. Bought charger but suddenly can't type on laptop or log into internet. 4. Boss laptop sent for repairs. 5. Get laptop back but still same issues. End up having to buy a new demo laptop. 6. Demo laptop broken after a week.

Looks like a trend. Are you actually being honest about what is wrong? Rather take our laptops to the corner shop. Trust them much more.
Used to be Checkers was THE place to buy good meat. Now word on the street is to avoid buying meat at Checkers at all cost. I can confirm this, it's the second time I've been delivered rotten pork from Checkers. Quality of meat in general very bad.
I bought my mother a gift for Mother's Day. They said it will be delivered by 5 June 2023. From the 1st of June, they've been sending my elderly (73) mother a message every morning that delivery would be that day before 5pm. It was never delivered. She sat in her car in the parking lot for days to make sure she didn't miss them but still nothing got delivered. Called Woolworths to complain but they said my mother was called and she requested a future date delivery which was not true. This happened for 2 days. Now the Woolworth's website shows delivery was done although my mother has still not received anything. Yesterday I called again and confirmed the contact numbers and today received an email that quoted totally different numbers that I don't know. Used to be Woolworths was the elite when it came to products and delivery but now it's just one big joke.
Sold us batteries at great cost then he disappeared and refused to answer our calls.
Ordered breakfast via Mr Delivery. No crispy bacon. No grilled herbed tomato. No butter. No jam. What an absolute waste of money. Highly dissappointing.
