Avoid Subaru Westrand

Third time for aircon repair. Relay, then pump and now evaporator all which have cost me in excess of R30k. This on a car that has been serviced by them regularly and extended motorplan bought. Despite this the car has now been with them for a week instead of the 2-3 days promised. I have tried to get action from the service manager (Pieter), the sales manager (Andre) and the dealer principle (Kobus). The lies being told are astounding, and nobody is willing to take accountability. Do NOT buy Subaru or have your cars serviced here.
