Every year since I bought my Renault capture in 2016 I used to take my car in to be serviced at Renault Alberton and I paid so much money to them.. This year my brother in law did everything only to find out that Renault was putting parts in my car that is way too big and it started damaging my water pipe alot of my pipes and things in the engine was loose and not clipped in where they took it off.... I went to the branch and the manager told me that the guy that did the service the last time left the company not taking responsibility I didn't employ that person Renault did unacceptable Renault must take responsibility for their employees when they mess up
I have a complaint, I went to the Westpac shop in the brackenhurst shopping center and wanted to buy a cooler box once we got to the till to pay for an Addis cooler box the lady at the till said that the cooler box is R260.00 the other cashier said no it R189 they then called the manager he said the same I told him this is false advertising he then removed the prices from the cooler boxes but on the cameras in store you can clearly see the prices.... This is unacceptable and he insisted that it is not false advertising he is very rude and I told him I am going to take it up with head office ge said yah take it up with head office it's fine... The staff also very confused as they also confirmed the price to be R189. 95. They very quickly started to remove signs from the cooler boxes.
