The consultant had good intention to get a client and a customer for motor happy,however firstly she was talking to me on a rehe****d script talking very fast..pls ask for the audio and listen to how many times I kept on telling her she was talking fast.I also told her that I did not want the broker fee added, and guess what the quotation received included the broker fee,what is even worse I send a querie to motor happy askimg to get a consultant to call me back about my new cover,I received an sms confirming receipt of my querie which was followed up by another sms confirming that my querie has been resolved without anyone calling me back.Cherry on top the consultant told me that I will be on a 3 months waiting period which will start after my 1st debit which is on the 15th October 2025, but the insurance or warranty cover received states that my cover start period is the 17 September 2025 when I was told that waiting period starts after the 1st debit of which I expected the policy start date to be stated as 15 October start date so that we count the 3 months waiting period accurately. So yes ...I am not impressed however the warranty does give good cover but I am sceptical from the customer service point of view. Regards Thuli
Th office is efficient waiting time minimal,within an hour I was done even though I didn't make an appointment. Everyone is friendly from reception to the queue management until security. Keep up the good customer service..I was highly impressed by this office and team efficiency despite the huge number of customers served.
