Thank you Tom for engaging with me on my complaint, and for providing reassurance towards Easigrass commitment towards their service. Thank you to Jaco Smit for seeing us and providing us quotes, we didn't feel rushed and we felt you considered our needs.
Customer service is really bad, I contacted them on the 15 November and still waiting for a site visit. Not even a curtesy call to at least apologies or acknowledgment to my messages.
