Terrible service
One of the worst experiences we had to get artificial grass installed, limited communication, installation delays, then not correct product when installing, unhappy with end result. Complaint ignored.

Excellent experience with Easigrass
I had an excellent experience with Easigrass in Fourways Johannesburg. The team was extremely professional and efficient from start to finish. Their communication was clear and consistent, keeping me informed throughout the entire process. The quality of workmanship is exceptional — the installation was done neatly, on time, and with great attention to detail. I’m very happy with the final result and would highly recommend Easigrass to anyone looking for top-quality artificial grass and outstanding service.

BEST ARTIFICIAL LAWN DESIGN AND INSTALLATION
Dean Hanekom from Easigrass Cape Town, made my garden dreams come true. What an absolute delight from my first enquiry right through the quoting and design process to the installation. They walked the extra mile for me and gave me a beautiful fresh garden with quality artificial grass. I honestly cannot fault them on anything. They are the epitome of good quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Thank you Dean, you rock, so does your admin and installation teams! May you make many more dreams come true.

Customer service - really bad
Customer service is really bad, I contacted them on the 15 November and still waiting for a site visit. Not even a curtesy call to at least apologies or acknowledgment to my messages.

Easigrass Nelspruit. Will never again support the owner of this company... Same owner as velliesnou. Customer service at its worst!! After countless calls and no effort from them, one should really be gatvol if you drive five hours to get to them to resolve a issue!! Excuses upon excuses.....

Disgruntled Easigrass customer
We chose Easigrass because of it's guarantee and the fact we believed them not to be "fly by nights". Easigrass Somerset West came out quoted and got the job. Everyone was highly professional and friendly. Installation went well. (1 Nov 2017) Then our grass started making bubbles. We contacted them and they came out quick enough. We were told to wait for a bit of rain as they believed the drought had a role to play. It rained and things just worsened. They returned and relaid the same carpet. The following day the bubbles returned and were worse than before.(June 2018). This is how it has stayed. I have sent e-mails and phoned more times than I can remember. Now we are told Easigrass UK are the problem and have not decided what to do. I know we have paid Easigrass Somerset West, which falls under Easigrass SA. It does not help if we pay over our well earned rands to companies in SA who cannot up hold the guarantee. In two days we have had an issue for 12 months! Disgruntled Easigrass customer!!!!
