NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL
Claim 434754 Can i PLEASE get FEEDBACK on this matter???? . Your phonelines stays busy.... The contractor has till now not given me a date to come and fix the resultant damages. They say that the tiles is not covered? Whyyyy not? What about the carpet? The contractor say they dont do carpets and absa should apoint someone else??. I would please like feedback! What will be covered and what not and whennnnn can i expect it to be done. This is literally the worst service i got from a insurance company... Feedbacks would be MUCH appreciated. Non existing customer service!
Easigrass Nelspruit/ velliesnou. Will never again support the owner of this company... Same owner as velliesnou. Customer service at its worst!! After countless calls and no effort from them, one should really be gatvol if you drive five hours to get to them to resolve a issue!! Excuses upon excuses.....

Will not suggest Vodacom to anyone untill this issue is resolved!
Trying to cancel a contract now for a loooong time... Yes looooooooong time... To be exact YEARS!!!! Everytime i try to resolve the problem, i am promised that the contract is canceled!!! Vodacom is f####ng up my credit history because their pathetic people "helping" me, is not doing their job and is not doing what they say they will do... Can A COMPETENT peeson make contact with me on my MTN number as provided and resolve this because i will not pay for something that i haven't been useing for YEARS!!!

Tried do buy a washing mashine on special. Was told the system is overloaded and offline so they cant order one from warehouse, but they will contact us asap the same afternoon when system is up and going. Waiting and hearing nothing from them we called the afternoon and the same excuse... After two days phoning a second time they said they will order a washing machine and get back to us. After phoning again several days later still no service and no washing machine. They will apparently call us... From day one till now we haven't recieved any feedback... Machine is now not on special anymore. We decided to try another franchise and got helped immediately for the same price and also received three bags of washing powder for free. Service from Bradlows Carletonville mall is the worst i have experienced from a so clled good furniture company.

Pathetic vodacom services
Vodacom deducting monies for data every month. Phoned and ask that they cancel it and they told me that it won't be possible as i am on a fixed contract... I told them contract has expired long before and that a guy phoned to give me more data for few bucks more. I told them that i don't use the data and when i do it is usually finished. The lady told me only the guy that phoned me can cancel this. She told me she will ask him to make contact with me. After a mounth still nothing i phoned again and tried to cancel it again. The lady told me i need to speak to the contract department. I asked she must have a look where all my data is going before putting me to the contracts department after which she looked and told me that vodacom never gave me the data for the monies deducted from my account. Why should i pay for something that i mayby not eveb received??? After putting me through to the cancelation department the asked me security questions and confirmed that they have my profile infront of them (all my personal details including my number) then suddenly they have dropped the call in my ear.... Never phoned me back... Why should i phone again??? They can phone me... They have my profile infront of them with my number... So i decided to cancel the debit order cause i did not get what i paid for!!! Please stop my contract and sending me your invoices... I broke your data sim... Dont want anything to do with your pathetic service!! Thank you. Hannes Steinmann
